DATA RECOVERY

Introduction

We are  determined in bringing you the best solutions to recover deleted files or deleted critical data.

We are proud to offer some of the most competitive prices for our customers as well as some of the most intelligent and efficient technologies available on the market.

For the professionals or private individuals that are interested in recovering their critical data after an unfortunate event, we strongly recommend the following guidelines:

→ Do not attempt the data recovery process yourself, unless you are certain of the outcome. The more unsuccessful recovery attempts have been made, the lower the chances for recovering that data will be.

→ Once you have identified any possible HDD damage, turn off your computer immediately. If your hard drive makes any clicking, humming, scraping sounds and you cannot access your data, it is best to not use any utility software and to turn off the machine immediately(your computer + any possible drive enclosure that is connected to the computer).

→ Always pay extra attention to static electricity, as hard drives can be easily damaged by it. In order to prevent this, always make sure to touch the case of the PC unit or storage enclosure while you are removing the faulty hard disk drive.

→ Make sure to properly turn off your computer and to correctly unplug any of the storage units.. Once the unit( desktop, laptop, storage enclosure, etc ) is off, then make sure that the power supply of the unit is also off (usually to be found in the form of a switch on the back side of the desktop tower or storage enclosure). Next, make sure that the power supply cord is unplugged from the power socket.

→ Once your hardware is off and unplugged from the power source, leave the unit off for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the power supply can store electricity even after it has been unplugged from the wall.

→ Gently unplug the data cable and the power cable from your faulty hard drive. If you have multiple units and you are uncertain of which one is defective, it is best to bring the whole machine to our location.

→ If you or your colleagues are not very comfortable with removing the storage unit from its place or if you are unsure of anything that might go wrong, it is best to bring the whole unit to us. You don't want to cause any further damage to your equipment, while trying to recover data.

Most of the times, your data is recoverable. We have successfully recovered data from scores of units before, many of them being in very poor condition.

However, if for any reason we will not be able to recover your data, we will not charge you anything.

If any of the above is not clear to you or if you want to further explain us your situation, please feel free to write to us
